Online Mindfulness and Transformative Coaching with Sandrine Blanc

Meet Sandrine Blanc

Certified Transformative Life Coach, NLP Practitioner & Mindfulness Teacher

I am Sandrine, a dedicated Mindfulness Teacher and Coach, with a passion for helping individuals to cultivate mindfulness and create meaningful and fulfilling lives. With 30 years of experience in meditation and personal growth, having trained in mindfulness teaching, life coaching and NLP; I use intuition, active listening, expertise and full presence in my style of working. To empower my clients, I invite the learning to come from them, rather than being didactic during the sessions. Like a midwife, I help people give birth to their own ideas, resources and solutions.
 

After qualifying as a mindfulness teacher with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) at Bangor University, I established Mindfulness Midhurst in 2014. I run regular mindfulness courses and coaching sessions, in Midhurst and online. 

I specialise in wellbeing and life changes. Having been through many life changes myself, I applied the techniques that I've learnt, to help my body and mind navigate the challenges with more ease, steadiness, kindness and finding positive solutions. With this life experience and my thorough trainings in mindfulness, coaching and NLP, I am in a good position to help others navigate life's changes and grow well.

Mindfulness is to be attentive to the present moment, with curiosity, openness and non-judgment. It means to be aware of what we are doing while we are doing it, rather than being dragged away in the past or the future, or driven by our habitual patterns, or caught up in thoughts and stories.
